These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Return Policy, form a legally binding agreement between Fast Stickers Stickers and Labels (“Fast Stickers”) and you, the customer. All policies comply with Australian Consumer Law as administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
By accessing the Fast Stickers website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the current Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Fast Stickers reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order, use the Fast Stickers website (faststickers.com.au), or engage with Fast Stickers content on social media platforms, blogs, videos, or applications.
All custom orders require customer approval of a proof before production begins.
Fast Stickers is not liable for errors in the final product, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, sizing, bleed issues, or changes of mind relating to colour or shape.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Customers must approve their proof before payment is required. Once approval is granted, full payment must be made before production begins. After approval and payment, no changes can be made to the order. Standard shipping fees will be added to invoices unless alternative shipping arrangements are made.
GST is applied to all orders in accordance with Australian tax law.
Production commences once proof approval and full payment are received. Production timelines are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, weekends, or other circumstances outside Fast Stickers’s control. Production time does not include shipping or transit time.
Orders are typically dispatched for next-business-day delivery after production. Fast Stickers uses Australia Post, Toll, and TNT for deliveries.
Fast Stickers is not responsible for courier delays or events beyond its control.
Fast Stickers is not liable for damage caused by couriers during transit. However, if damage is found to be due to inadequate packaging, Fast Stickers will work with the customer to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.
Fast Stickers takes customer complaints seriously and will investigate each case to determine responsibility. If an issue falls outside the scope of the “Proof Approval” and “Liability for Errors” clauses and Fast Stickers is found to be at fault, a fair and reasonable solution will be offered.
Orders are dispatched on or before the estimated due date, typically within 1–2 business days. Fast Stickers is not responsible for postal or courier delays after dispatch but will assist customers in tracking deliveries where possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for delays caused by third-party couriers.
If a customer refuses delivery due to shipping delays, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the unopened and unused order is returned, Fast Stickers will assess the return and may issue a full refund, subject to agreement on return costs.
Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund or a credit towards a future order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
