Fast Stickers work with all our clients and take the issues of orders seriously. Each issue is reviewed by our sales and production teams to determine responsibility. If a matter falls outside the conditions outlined in the Proof Approval and Liability for Errors sections and Fast Stickers is found to be at fault, we will work with you to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.
Orders are dispatched on or before the agreed due date, with most orders shipped within 1–2 business days. Fast Stickers is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services after dispatch. However, we will assist customers where possible to help track and receive their orders. Refunds are not guaranteed for delivery delays once an order has been received.
If a customer refuses delivery due to shipping delays, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return arrangements and associated costs may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Orders cancelled before production has commenced are eligible for a full refund or a credit towards a future purchase.
